1. Information Collection and Use

Timber Mode Calculator is designed to work entirely offline.

• We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information, location data, or calculation history.
• All calculations are processed locally on your device and are never sent to any external server.
• The app does not require internet connectivity for its core functionality.

2. Device Permissions

The app is built to be clean and non-intrusive. It does not request or access any sensitive device permissions, including but not limited to:

• Location (GPS)
• Camera or Photos
• Microphone
• Contacts
• Push Notifications (unless explicitly opted in for service status alerts, with no data collected)

3. Third-Party Services and Analytics

We do not integrate any third-party advertising networks, tracking SDKs, or analytics engines that compile your personal usage patterns. Your activity within the app remains entirely private.

4. Children's Privacy

Timber Mode Calculator is a general-purpose measurement utility suitable for a general audience, including teenagers, and is not specifically directed at young children. As the app collects no personal data from any user, no additional data is collected from minors either.

5. Changes to this Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the app or applicable law. Any changes will be posted on this page along with a revised "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically; continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

1. Free Trial

We want you to experience the full capabilities of Timber Mode Calculator before making a commitment:

• Every user is entitled to a 1-week (7-day) free trial starting from the first installation.
• During the trial period, all features — Timber, Tonnage, and Plywood calculators — are fully unlocked and operational.

2. Annual Subscription

Upon expiration of the 1-week free trial, a paid annual subscription is required to continue using the app.

The subscription automatically renews at the end of each 1-year period unless it is cancelled beforehand. If you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of the period you already paid for, after which the subscription will not renew. You may resubscribe at any time thereafter.

3. Payment Processing

• All payments, subscriptions, and renewals are handled securely by Google Play Billing (Android) and Apple In-App Purchases (iOS).
• If the subscription is not purchased or renewed after the trial period, access to the calculator interfaces will be locked until payment is completed.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Google Play account settings or Apple ID settings.

4. Refunds & Cancellation

• Subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a payment is made, no refund will be issued for the current subscription period, including in the case of early cancellation or non-use of the app.
• You may cancel auto-renewal at any time; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period already paid for.
• Any refund requests processed directly by Google Play or the Apple App Store are subject to their respective refund policies, over which we have no control.
